Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
All bouquets are made to order using fresh flowers that are sourced specifically for each arrangement. As a result, once flowers have been ordered from our suppliers and preparations for the bouquet have begun, we are unable to cancel the order or provide a refund.
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, this must be done at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellation requests made after this time unfortunately cannot be accepted, as the flowers required for the bouquet will have already been ordered from our suppliers.
If the customer experiences an issue with their order or is dissatisfied with the bouquet received, we ask that they contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the matter.

This information allows us to properly review the situation and determine the most appropriate course of action. Each case will be assessed individually, and we will do our best to assist where possible.
