Shipping policy
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm to ensure bouquets arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct delivery option when placing an order. If delivery is required for a Saturday, the customer must select the Saturday delivery service at checkout, as this is a separate service provided by Royal Mail.
If the correct delivery option is not selected, we cannot guarantee delivery on the requested date. In these circumstances, the order may be dispatched using the next available working day delivery service, which may result in delivery on a later date than originally intended.
If the incorrect delivery option has been selected, the customer must contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to amend the delivery service provided that we are notified at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately, amendments may not be possible after this time, as flowers and materials may have already been ordered and prepared for the bouquet.
Orders requested for delivery on the day following a bank holiday will instead be delivered on the next available working day. As postal services do not operate on bank holidays, we are unable to dispatch orders for next-day delivery during this period.
Once an order has been carefully prepared and handed over to Royal Mail, responsibility for the delivery process is transferred to the courier service. While we take great care to package all bouquets securely to protect them during transit, we are not liable for any delays, damage, or issues that may occur during the delivery process once the parcel has left our possession.
All delivery services are provided by a third-party courier, and delivery times are subject to Royal Mail’s operational conditions. Although Royal Mail Special Delivery aims to deliver parcels by 1pm the following working day, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or local postal service delays.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so the customer can monitor the progress of the delivery. Any delivery-related concerns, including delays, missed deliveries, or damaged parcels, should be addressed directly with Royal Mail using the tracking number provided, as they will be best placed to assist with delivery enquiries.
